The Alan T. Jackson Company was established in 1959 when Alan Jackson took over the service business from the Eaton organ Company. Soon after, Alan became the Casavant Frères representative for most of Ontario and the company was incorporated in 1961.
In 1984, Robert Hiller joined the company as a manager. Robert and Alice, his wife and Alan’s daughter, now own and operate the company after Alan’s retirement.
Our company services pipe organs from Hamilton to Brockville and Toronto to North Bay. Halifax and a portion of Nova Scotia are also part of our regular service areas. With 4 full time employees, we offer a wide ranges of services, from tuning and regular maintenance to console updates, organ relocations and new instruments. As the Casavant representative we have access to the knowledge and support of one of the most experienced organ builders in North America.
Some of our customers include, Metropolitan United Church in Toronto the largest organ in Canada, St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Toronto, Yorkminster Park Baptist Church, Toronto, All Saints Cathedral, Halifax, St. Dunstan Cathedral in P.E.I. just to name a few of our important organs.
